Absolutely. We can design custom branded gift sleeves, logo labels, and stationery to complement your corporate gifts. For larger orders, we can also source branded merchandise to be included inside the boxes.

Yes. Every order allows you to include a complimentary gift message.
Yes! We offer a “Build-Your-Own” option so you can select items to create the perfect box. Some curated boxes can also be personalized with cards or ribbons.
Packaging & Presentation
Every gift is carefully prepared inside our deluxe gift box, lined with tissue paper, and secured with ribbon or a band. The gift box is then placed inside our strong outer delivery carton to ensure it arrives safely.
No — we never include receipts, invoices, or packing slips inside gift boxes. All billing information is emailed directly to you.

Yes! At Thanks & Things, we specialize in creating tailor-made gift boxes designed exclusively for your occasion or brand. Almost everything — from the items inside (gourmet food, artisan products, wellness goods) to branded packaging, personalized cards, and even ribbons or sleeves featuring your logo or event theme.
We can create bespoke gifts for both individuals and businesses. For large corporate orders or branded items, minimum quantities may apply.

Payments
We accept all major debit and credit cards and Afterpay, as well as secure online payment options like Stripe.
Yes — we use SSL encryption and trusted payment providers to protect your personal and payment information.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We deliver across New Zealand, including rural addresses. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this stage.
Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Rural areas may take a little longer. For urgent deliveries, please contact us to discuss express options.
Yes! Once your gift box has been collected by the courier, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can request a preferred delivery date at checkout. While we can’t guarantee exact dates, our courier partners will do their best. Please note: couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Business addresses: Yes, but deliveries require a signature and must arrive during business hours.
PO Boxes/Private Bags: Unfortunately, couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags.
Hospitals: Delivery is possible to the reception or designated delivery areas. Please include the hospital name and ward number.
Yes. If you prefer the courier to leave the gift without a signature, please include clear instructions at checkout. Please note that once delivered, Thanks & Things is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
Please contact us within 48 hours at orders@thanksandthings.co.nz with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Due to the nature of our products (perishable and personalized), we are unable to accept returns unless an item is faulty or damaged.

Yes, we hold a limited range of popular items to ensure quick dispatch. However, our main focus is on freshness — many products are sourced and prepared to order, so every gift box arrives at its best quality.
While we are in the process of applying for the relevant alcohol license, our gift boxes already stand out for their wide variety of options. From gourmet treats and artisan products to wellness items and fully customized boxes, we offer thoughtful selections to suit every occasion. Our focus is on creating memorable, high-quality gifts — and once our license is approved, carefully selected wines and beverages will also be available as part of our range.
