  • “Products” refers to our gift boxes, curated items, and related goods offered for sale.

You agree to use our website in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in New Zealand. You must not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage or impair its functionality.

Products and Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, availability may change without notice. If a product in your selected gift box is unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with an item of equal or greater value.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Payment must be made in full before your order is processed and shipped. We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within New Zealand and to selected international destinations. Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Return and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at contact@thanksandthings.co.nz with your order details and photos of the item.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item, unless it is faulty. All returns must be sent using a tracked service with a signature required. Upon receiving the returned item, we may, at our discretion, exchange it, replace it, issue a store credit, or refund the purchase price.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges, refunds, or accept returns on sale items or custom-made orders.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
